The Composition of Golden Harmony

In this album Section Divine and the Fibonacci numbers are represented in tempo, form (even subdivisions), rhythm, melody and chords, in various degrees.

One piece of the music is shaped totally (the melody and chords) around only five notes, all taken from the Fibonacci numbers.

Before we started the composing of the album Golden Harmony, we spent a lot of time trying to create different algorithms, from the section divine and the Fibonacci numbers. We also have built up parts of the compositions directly from the numbers, for example melody lines in 8 + 13 bars (=21), and other variations. The Section Divine is also represented in the rhythm, especially in the melody.

Regarding to the compositions length, the highlight or a deviant part, often takes place in a section divine proportion. By doing this, we are trying to reach the feeling of balance and harmony all of us seem to have inherent, for the flow in a composition.

All the time our intention has been to create as beautiful music as possible, in accordance with the section divine as a pattern. We hope this album will help you to reach calmness, balance and harmony within.
